Each summer the Youth Group does a week-long service trip, to do such things as help rebuild houses or run a day camp for children: Virginia (2004), Vermont (2005), New Orleans (2006), Philadelphia (2007), Kentucky (2009), Boston (2011), Washington DC (2012) and Kentucky (2013).

For the August 2014 summer service trip, the youth group partnered with an organization in Staten Island called Faith in Action to work with folks who have been affected by poverty, homelessness, HIV and AIDS. We served in places such as their soup kitchen, clothing pantry and their emergency shelters, as well as participated in some programming spending time with some of the people that they have helped in the past.
